Credit Card Gifts

You can make a gift by credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover, or American Express). Your donation will be credited the same day we receive your credit card information, and we will mail you an acknowledgement confirming the details of your gift.

Call 707.463.7606 any time, day or night, to give the Development Department your credit card information. Please leave a message with the following information:

Your name and address
Type of card
Name as it appears on the card
Account number
Expiration date
Amount of gift
Daytime telephone number (in case of questions)
Note if the gift is to go to a special fund. Otherwise it will be designated to where the need is greatest.
Note if you do not wish to be on the hospital's mailing list.
