Giving Societies

We have two organizations for supporters of UVMC: The Cumulative Giving Circles and the Annual Giving Society.

The Cumulative Giving Circles
Cumulative giving is recognized at four levels of lifetime giving.

• The Chairman's Circle recognizes lifetime gifts of $100,000 and above
• The President's Circle recognizes lifetime gifts between $50,000 and $99,999
• The UVMC Benefactors have made lifetime gifts between $20,000 and $49,999
• The UVMC Patrons have made lifetime gifts between $5,000 and $19,999

The Annual Giving Society
The Annual Society is the premier annual giving circle of UVMC whose members contribute $100 or more annually. Six giving levels are recognized in the Ukiah Valley Medical Center lobby.

• Platinum recognizes gifts of $10,000 or more
• Gold recognizes gifts between $5,000 and $9,999
• Silver recognizes gifts between $2,500 and $4,999
• Bronze recognizes gifts between $1,000 and $2,499
• Sponsor recognizes gifts between $500 and $999
• Associate recognizes gifts between $100 and $499
