Ukiah Valley Rural Health Center

Our Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) are intended to increase primary health care services for Medi-Cal and Medicare patients in rural communities. Ukiah Valley Medical Center partnered with Ukiah Valley Primary Care Medical Group in 2006 to begin providing care via hospital-based RHCs in Mendocino and Lake County. Our goal is to promote a healthy community through comprehensive preventive, innovative and compassionate medical care that is efficient and cost effective.
