Ukiah Valley Medical Center’s rehabilitation department is committed to providing excellent care to the residents of our community and beyond through inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services. Our outpatient facilities are found in three different locations with the addresses and contact information below.

Rehabilitation programs that we provide include treatment for the following: general orthopedic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, total joint replacements, amputation, vestibular and balance deficits, spinal cord injury, stroke, gait training, aquatic therapy, wound care, speech therapy, and women’s health.

Our Perkins Street main office location provides all of the services mentioned above along with a small private pool for one-on-one treatments with more privacy.

Our Redwood Health Club location provides patients with access to gym equipment as well as the large swimming pool for aquatic therapy.

Our Ukiah Valley Primary Care location is our newest addition and provides patient care for all general physical therapy needs.
