Our Pledge to You

Gifts of all sizes are needed and deeply appreciated at UVMC. Here's what you can expect as a supporter of Ukiah Valley Medical Center:

Responsibility - We will use your gift wisely and well to improve patient care. You can request that your gift be used where the need is greatest or specify a clinical program like Emergency Services, the Birth Center, Home Health or Medical Imaging. Patient outreach programs like Pastoral Care welcome contributions as well.

Appreciation - Upon receipt of your gift, we will send you a letter expressing our thanks. The letter documents your gift and serves as your receipt. Your gift is tax deductible as provided by law.

Recognition - We publish the names of donors who provide gifts of $100 or more each calendar year in an annual report entitled the Honor Roll of Donors.

Privacy - We respect the wishes of our donors who choose to remain anonymous.

Information - The media frequently carry news stories about UVMC. These exciting successes are made possible in part because of the generous support of our friends. UVMC also produces many publications that describe innovations in medical education and patient care. Our donors can take pride in these publications because donor generosity has made them a reality.

Fellowship - We have two organizations for our benefactors: The Cumulative Giving Circles, and The Annual Giving Society. For more information, please see Giving Societies. Members receive special publications, invitations to events and updates from Ukiah Valley Medical Center.
